We are accepting donations of new: blankets, socks, sleepers, burp clothes, swaddling blankets, hats, and bows. Because these items are considered outside the standard hospital laundry, they will need to be laundered separately. To offset the cost of laundering these items, we will also be accepting donations of
Dreft Hypoallergenic Baby Detergent.
Please contact us for information on how to donate!!!
Pictured above are Princess Delilah's Closet boxes, that will be sent to the NICU at Vanderbilt, to help to make the babies there feel special.
Princess Delilah’s Closet is an outreach
program for NICU and PICU children, both locally and at
Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
While Delilah was at Vanderbilt she became
known for her bright blankets, outfits, and hair bows.
By dressing Delilah in outfits of their choosing, it allowed Jeff and Heather to express a certain amount of control over the
situation and helped to brighten the difficult days.
We would like to make Delilah’s closet available to NICU and PICU children in an effort to make the difficult days better, and to make them feel
special.
